Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Durrës

My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

Our stay at this apartment was an extremely pleasant experience! The place was clean, very thoughtfully arranged and equipped with everything we needed to spend a few quiet and cosy days. What made this stay all the more special was the exceptional hospitality of Teas and her friend. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us valuable recommendations of places we could visit, good restaurants as well as practical directions that helped us navigate the area more easily. We really appreciate their care and dedication- made our stay even more enjoyable. We very gladly recommend this apartment and would come back without hesitation!

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Excellent place and excellent service from the host

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

The location was easily accessible and we were able to park the car well. The house was spacious and clean. There are all kinds of shops nearby. A friendly host family welcomed us. We'd love to come back!

Really the perfect place to be quiet, double glazing with blinds. Clean condominium, 1 min from the pool and the beach. Comfortable mattress. Just missing a small bedside lamp in the bedroom to make an even more cosy atmosphere. A huge thank you for being so available to us.

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place and a warm welcome.

I had a lovely stay here in Durrës. The location of being right on the beach was perfect for me. The downside was the construction noise in the building, but it seems to be quite common in the off-season as the city is growing and continuously improving. Any issues I had in the apartment were dealt with in a timely manner. Overall, I had great stay in Durrës!

It was a great stay. The apartment on the 5th floor was directly in the first row on the promenade. Great view of the sea. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. It was unique.

Great place! Very nice and clean. Felt just like home. When I’m back in Albania I’d stay here again. All the things you need, are located nearby the house. Amazing stay!

This apartment has a beautiful view and the beach is literally in front of you. Just go down the elevator, leave the building and turn to the left and the beach is 30 meters in front of you. I definitely recommend this property to visit in June like I did, because the beach is almost empty and the water is nice! Thank you.

The place was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely designed. It’s very close to the beach amd surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seva communicated friendly and quickly, gave clear instructions and advise. We would highly recommend it.

Slavik is a very kind and helpful host with great contact. We received clear check-in instructions and lots of recommendations for things to do nearby. Very good location, close to everything, easy to park on the street, where parking is free. The apartment is beautiful and you can find everything you need. We felt right at home. If you're planning to explore Durres, choose this apartment, you'll be happy.

Aldo was incredibly helpful during our stay. We initially booked this apartment but decided to extend our visit. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't available for the next day, so I booked another one through Aldo. He was kind enough to arrange for us to check out of one apartment and check in immediately to the next. The apartments were lovely and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this experience!

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

Arber spent much of the week attempting to solve mobile phone IT problems, transport and booked taxis for us. Apart from a small check out mis communication he couldn't have done more to make our holiday trouble free. A very nice helpful host.
