Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Durrës

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

A wonderful calm apartment in the city center of Durres. You can sit outside in the private yard and enjoy warm summer evenings or go for a walk to different cafes and restaurant around. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

I stayed in Durres for two days with my son. Bojken was helpful on arrival and always answered my questions quickly. The apartment is not located directly on the street, but is very easy to reach. It offers a wonderful ambience and the necessary tranquility. The apartment is bright and new. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bed is super comfortable and nice and firm. The bathroom is small but sufficient. The best part was Bojken's parents, who also live on the property. We could only communicate with hands and feet, but it was thoroughly warm. We felt at home. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Alba Villa and had a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view that made our stay truly memorable. The owner was exceptionally helpful and flexible, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring we were well taken care of. Their hospitality was outstanding, making us feel right at home. The only minor issue was that the road leading to the villa was not well-maintained, which made it a bit challenging to reach the property. However, once we arrived, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend Alba Villa for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Jeni was a great host and friendly. Easy to communicate and helpful with questions about the area. The house was as described and had all the facilities required. The surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful. I would go and stay again and would highly recommended this.

We stayed here for a week and immediately felt very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and gave us many tips for beaches, food, etc. The apartment is huge, very modern and has everything needed. We loved spending the evenings at the apartment. The location of the apartment is really perfect to explore the area around Durres and Tirana. It is not far to the beach and there is a lot to choose from. The apartment is very quiet, in a kind of village or small town with a supermarket, baker, cafes, etc. Everything there. Blend's apartment we can recommend to everyone without compromise and would like to come back again.

Decent place, right off the main strip. 1 block from the beach. Markets and restaurants all over. There’s a small kitchenette on the balcony. The internet kept going in and out. I told him I needed stronger internet for work. I thought he would move me to a room closer to his router. Within an hour he installed a router right outside my door! Problem solved and it will not be an issue for future renters. I was very impressed.

My family stayed at the aparyment and I had also the chance and pleasure to visit. Very beautiful apartment with all you need to have for a short or even long stay. The kitchen, rooms and bathrooms had all neccesary things to facilitate your stay. The apartment was super clean. Near the apartment you may find various very nice bars and restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. The host, Jurgena was very nice and sweet person. Very helpful for mu family needs. A very nice apartment fully equipped in a great place. The only downside is the private belongings (clothes, cosmetics, toys) left by hosts in each room, which is a little less professional. After that *****

Exceptionally great options for large family or several families at the same time. We were 3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids. In addition to 4 bedrooms with 4 toilets with shower, we were able to hang out in common in the large living room and on the fantastic terrace with fantastic views of the sea. The proximity to the sea, only about 1 minute walking distance, grateful to stay close if someone needed to go to the bathroom. Proximity to both restaurants that the host recommended and grocery stores where we could shop and cook our own food in the kitchen, when we chose to eat in the apartment.
