Our yurt (30' dia.) is rustic, beautiful, quiet, in deep woods with deck overlooking pond. Great for couples, small families (not childproof). Includes hot tub & Poetry Walk. Beds are futons. It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Parking and the bath-house are 2-min. walks (toilet, sink, shower). Two minutes to Saxapahaw. Read description for more info. NO PARTIES. No dogs.

Charming Cabin with Private Wooded Pond

The Cabin is situated near our home on 67 woodland acres, 15 min. from Hillsborough and 25 min. from Duke University and UNC-Chapel Hill. The Cabin is a converted horse barn with lofted ceilings, kitchenette, living area, dining table, bathroom, outdoor patio, and bedroom area separated by a partial wall. The pool and swimming pond are a few steps away. You are welcome to canoe, fish, walk our trails, play disc golf, or just enjoy the peaceful views. Ideal for couples and business travelers.

Welcome to our little house in Old North Durham. The 300 square foot studio guest house sits behind our Bungalow in a centrally located historic neighborhood. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Durham's vibrant Central Park District and a little further to downtown. Close by restaurants, music, movies and shows. Sleeps 2 comfortably on queen bed, and up to 2 additional on a convertible couch from IKEA. Living area joins kitchen. Bedroom is divided by partial wall. Vaulted ceilings create openness.
