Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Small house in the center of town, the decoration of which has been freshly reviewed. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a living/dining room area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped to accommodate a baby. The house also has a private garden of about 400 m2 with a terrace area where you can enjoy outdoor dining (barbecue available). This passionately renovated stone house has all the charm of a cozy little cocoon. Located a stone's throw from the Château with exceptional views of the countryside, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with sofa bed that converts to a double bed and an equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed and Italian shower bathroom. Les Cabanes des Benauges – Mazerolle

Come and stay in the Mazerolle treehouse. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
