Great stay! Perfect and walking distance to downtown and the Durango-Silverton Railroad.

The place is very nice, clean in a quiet location with the mountain view outside. It was our last minute booking while visiting Durango and the instructions for check-in and out are very clear. About 10 min drive to town. Thank you for providing a pleasant stay for a weekend trip!

Loved staying here. Right next to a flowing creek, half a mile from large trail system, a couple miles from the Colorado trail trailhead, and about 5 minutes from all things downtown Durango. The little house feels secluded and has everything you need. We would absolutely stay here again.
