Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Dunkirk

We stayed at Christophe's residence for the extended weekend. It is a lot more spacious than is clear from the photos, so really a plus. We could easily enter via the key in the key box and also conveniently park just in front of the door. The three super spacious bedrooms and actually fully equipped house does ensure that we were relaxed for our holiday. we knew we were going to have everything we needed. Within walking distance of the aquarium, park, sea and many restaurants. Lots to do nearby for the kids. Really a very nice stay. The only downside I would have to mention is that it is a bit superficially polished, but if you live with two children, it makes little difference from home😅. We would definitely like to come back!

Beautiful house in great area, walking distance to beach, with lots of parking spaces on nearby roads. Easy self check in and good communication from host. Lots of useful things for children too - travel cot, bath, books and games for older children. (3rd bedroom wouldn’t be suitable for small children as it’s up a steep staircase to attic room)

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Olivier, you have a beautiful property with amazing views across the beach. Your house is pleasantly decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything from kitchenware to bicycles. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we enjoyed staying there and have already spoken about returning next year. A wonderful house in which to relax and enjoy Deal and the surrounding area. The house was perfect with everything we could have wished for and more. Parking was explained and free a few minutes' walk from the house. For a fairly central situation, it was peaceful and calm. Felt sad to leave. Rob met us at the door with the key and we were able to say hello to Emma as we left. They responded to messages really promptly and helped us select a couple of local places to eat which were really successful. Perfect! Thank you

Very good stay at Noël's, with a warm welcome. The location and the house correspond perfectly to the description, both peaceful and beautifully maintained, with the possibility of beautiful walks with our dog. Our stay was short but we were able to visit the surroundings and the Audomarois marshes. We plan to return and share this little getaway with those around us.

3rd stay in Mieke's apartment and the spacious apartment has 2 beautiful terraces and a perfect location right by the sea.

Well-maintained, modernly furnished and clean apartment. Super located, 50 m from the shops, both for shopping and nutrition, nice and good resto nearby, 100 m from the beach and public (paying but very reasonable in price, e.g. multi-day card available) parking spaces nearby. Perfect for a weekend blowing out a sea and certainly repeatable. Contact with host was excellent, sent proactive messages, responded quickly to questions and was smooth with the arrival time, which was nice for us. Being able to put luggage inside, some items in the fridge and the weekend could start. Thank you Florentine!

Great communication for questions, quick help by message and by phone and very nice apartment! If I could, I would have stayed a few more days. The city center is a 15-minute walk, supermarkets as well and the golf course can be reached for a maximum of 5 minutes and there are enough free parking spaces available, which can be used for €1.10 24 hours! All in all very satisfied! Thank you Bart and Céline!

Accommodation under the roofs, clean and pleasant. Very well located accommodation in the city centre so it's a little noisy. (not a problem for us, but good to know). 5 minutes from the beach with all shops nearby. Valentine is a host with very good communication.

Villa located 50 m from the beach and 5 minutes walk, ideal for a weekend. Jacqueline was very accommodating and welcoming. We encountered some problems to make the sauna work finally solved. Homes match the photos. Please note that the windows are made of single glazing so some noise. However, we recommend this place.

We had a great stay with our family of 5 in Bart's house. Everything available for a top stay with children. The nice garden and quiet neighborhood were a mega plus. Everything close by. See you next time.

Excellent family stay at L'Ecume des Jours. House full of charm, fully equipped and very peaceful. Very good bedding, very bright and pleasant ground floor. Beautiful playroom for the little ones. Walks directly accessible when leaving the garden. Very attentive owner. We will come back!

We came for a weekend with friends. The house is suitable for everyone, children and adults! Nicolas as the house is very welcoming and pleasant!

We were guests with three families (6 adults and 5 children) in Bart's house. The planning and check-in went smoothly, bed linen could be booked spontaneously. Our stay was great - the kitchen was well equipped, everyone had enough space, it was clean. The highlight for the children was a furnished playroom and the fenced garden. The beach was within walking distance. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we damaged a table during the stay, but Bart also arranged that directly and easily. We had a really nice time and can recommend it for larger families/groups from the heart. Thank you!

Very good stay. There were 13 of us. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Special mention for the fireplace on when we arrived! The accommodation is really nice, plenty of room, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of board games. Recommended! We'll be back again. Great stay. Beautiful villa 🌸 Superb view 😎 The decor, the cleanliness, everything is spacious, the rooms are cozy and very large. There is a mezzanine in the dormitory, a bz in the games room. Book with your eyes closed, you will also fall in love with the place. We loved our family weekend, we will definitely come back because we did not have time to test all the hiking trails. thank you for your sympathy 🥰
