The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The vacation home consists of a bright living room including a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is a single bed, which can be retracted. On the small gallery there is a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
