We are going on a world tour with our family at the beginning of July, which is why we are renting out our beautiful, recently built 165 m² villa. We leave games and books in the bedrooms so that families feel at home. We wish you a wonderful holiday in this beautiful setting (close to Annecy, but quiet, peaceful and rural): close to the lake and the bike path, while being less than 5 minutes from all the local shops. Accommodation in part of our primary residence. Nant Terlain is the name of the stream that runs through the garden and you will hear the small waterfall on the terrace. In this peaceful retreat live hedgehogs, cats etc... in harmony, you may see them pass by on the terrace. You understand why we can't accept your pets.
