Our property is centrally located and close to the beach, in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end road with no through traffic. You can walk to the beach and the town center in about 5 minutes (approx. 700 meters). The vacation rental on the 2nd floor of the apartment building at Luv & Lee Duhnen offers, over approximately 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We will gladly provide a travel cot on request.

The one-room apartment MB31 for 2 people, close to the beach, is quietly located on the 3rd floor in the Meeresbrandung house in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It offers a double closet bed, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a sunny south-facing balcony. Swimming pool and sauna are available in the house. Dogs are welcome. A private parking space, No. 31, is included. The beach, town center, restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance.

An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.
