The apartment is located in a small part of the village with approx. 50 inhabitants. The next largest town is about 8 km away. The nearest baker is about 4 km away.

In the evening you can enjoy the lights in the marina area and the Weserdeich is also a two-minute walk away. Underground parking, the glazed elevator and the unique view will make your stay a relaxing experience. Since we all like to travel, it was a big concern for us to offer an apartment that is cozy, yet modern and stylish.
