Historic furnishing details such as coffered doors, historic windows, lamps, wooden floorboards and cement tiles are preserved. On the two balconies - south and west - or the spacious garden you can enjoy the evening or the weekend. A parking space in the nearby neighboring property saves you the search for a parking space. The apartment is suitable for single people as well as for a couple, a shared apartment or a small family.
