The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. This is really unique property, very spacious and very private; 130m2 house with a small garden. To get there you should walk up 97 stairs,but you want be disappointed when reach the house. Its superb location,just 3 minutes walking distance from Old Town is surpassed only by the spectacular views from its large terrace and balcony. On the ground floor there is large, confortable living room,a full eat-in kitchen,and a bathroom with bath tub.The living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with table and chairs.
