Beautiful stay with breathtaking views. You will stay in the lower part of the cottage (the upper part is reserved for the owner), so the accommodation may seem a little dark. The cottage is well-equipped, and very quiet. The mountain views are splendid. Thank you for this trip!

We had a very good stay, and slept very well in a warm and very clean caravan. We will return during our next stay without hesitation.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk from the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and very well maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few metres away, city centre 15 min walk. Very friendly exchanges with the host and welcome.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

It was just such a beautiful holiday. Patricia is such a lovely host and answered questions directly and gave us nice excursion tips for the whole family. We didn't miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the kitchen well equipped and we also had plenty of games and toys for the little ones. We were able to start hiking directly on foot, but small hiking trails for children were also a few minutes away by car. There is still so much to discover, we will definitely come back again.

I spent a night in this accommodation and I won't hesitate to come! First, Ghislaine is adorable and made sure we had everything we needed. Then, the accommodation is really very nice, with everything you need, a carefully thought-out decoration, perfectly faithful to the description. The balcony has a splendid view of the heights of Aix with its many castles, perfect for breakfast! I felt comfortable in this accommodation, which is perfectly located (about 5 minutes' walk from the train station, in the centre). Thank you to Ghislaine for this wonderful experience!

A large and beautifully appointment loft right in the middle of Annecy. Easy to get around to all attractions. Would highly recommend a stay!

Listing matches the description, clean and tidy. Enjoyable self access. Thank you for allowing pets and trusting us. Small downside with the bathroom door but not serious, which will be repaired quickly I think.

It is a view of the beautiful Lake Annecy and the huge mountain. Thanks to the clean garden and friendly landlord, I rested comfortably.

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city centre), quiet and beautiful. We spend a lovely long weekend relaxing by the pool. Was fantastic for the children, and fully equiped for a carefree stay. Just to note, which Flore did explain, the google maps/gps will lead you to an incorrect indentical address 20 mins away so be very vigilent with ordering ubers etc when imputting the address. All and all a lovely experience. Will come again!

Unfortunately the photos don't describe it well... the BEAUTIFUL chalet that Marc offers, very warm, not far from the city but still out of the way for peace and quiet, the place is GREAT and the chalet, as rustic as it is, made us very happy for 2 days! Thank you bcp Marc:)

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You attach importance to it where you do not, but I have not had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 am for the next tenant and that's it. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele…. But maybe Christele is called Georges…. Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you Georges…
