Pleasantly well located accommodation in a quiet area, you can enjoy nature and the most of this accommodation is that you will get to know each other, rogue sisters, saturnin the duck, red hen, beautiful horses, baby and mom biquette, dad goat ... all this little world delighted our peaceful evening under a large tree where a table is set in the shade. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities. So go for it!

I enjoyed the quiet of the apartment and its proximity to the Régalante which passes down the street. The proximity to the village allows you to go out to eat or walk near the pond.

I stayed in this Airbnb for 2 months for an internship. I am very satisfied with the accommodation, clean on arrival and true to the description with all the necessities in dishes + wifi. Welcoming and caring owner. Accommodation in a rather good location in the village of Martigné. Next to the church so bells ringing in the morning. 20 minutes from Chateaubriant and 30 minutes from Rennes. I would this property.
