Beautiful newly renovated apartment in Dronero, a village at the foot of the Maira Valley. Consisting of a living room/kitchen with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Located in a hilly area, surrounded by greenery, a 5-minute walk from the historic center. It has a large garden equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, parking, a garage for storing bikes/mountain equipment and a cellar. For the summer months, a cultivated vegetable garden is also available from which to draw seasonal vegetables and fruits.

Recently renovated, spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, TV, pellet stove, sofa bed (one and a half comfortable), bathroom with shower. The first floor is accessed via an internal spiral staircase or from an external stone staircase. Here you will find the bedroom with panoramic balcony. Near the entrance there is a private space with a stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small closed garage for bikes or motorcycles, free public parking just a few meters away.
