Cozy apartment in a 19th-century building overlooking the "living room" of Cuneo, Piazza Galimberti. Thanks to the favorable location, in 2 minutes on foot we find Via Roma, a pedestrian area, with restaurants, bars and pizzerias. In the area (5-minute walk) pharmacies, supermarket, tobacco shops, delis and banks. In front of the entrance to the building is the headquarters of the Central Post Office. Electric car charging station 10 meters away. The train station and S. Croce Civil Hospital are a 15-minute walk away.

It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.
