The first floor is accessed via an internal spiral staircase or from an external stone staircase. Here you will find the bedroom with panoramic balcony. Near the entrance there is a private space with a stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small closed garage for bikes or motorcycles, free public parking just a few meters away.

Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.
