Located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort, this small cabin is just 5 minutes from the U of A, Walmart, Lowe’s and several restaurants. Featuring a queen bed, counter table with stools, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee service and television. Pull right up to the door! Hog Valley amenities are included. While we offer several tv channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS-NO SMOKING OR VAPING!

The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

You can sit on your deck, watch the birds, beavers, river, otters, foxes, deer, and just be mesmerized by the beauty. This cabin can sleep up to 5+ adults with a great creek view! We do have a tornado shelter on property- It should be finished by July 1st. We will keep you updated.

Our Hillside Cabin is a newly renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
