We are excited to share our family’s beloved beach condo with you! This 2 bed /2 bath, ocean front condo is located on the King & Prince Beach Resort property. It is stocked with all the beach-going necessities, plus a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large family living room perfect to relax in after a day at the beach or to cozy up in during the wintertime. Guests will enjoy access to the South Villa private pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Please message with any questions!

Easy stroll to the Village Pier area where there are many restaurants and charming shops. The Neptune pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and easy walk by the historic lighthouse. The condo is located on the first floor and has a walk out patio on the front with a partial ocean view. This unit was renovated in 2022 and has many upgrades.
