All of the apartment was renovated to a very high standard in 2015. The job was conducted by interior designer. The terraces with a total area of 36 m2, have a lovely panoramic view of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. Good sun with sun from morning to evening. Every room has its own terraces. The apartment has several parking spaces at its disposal.

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Come and discover this lovely apartment located in the Borrigo district, 5 minutes' walk from the beaches and close to all amenities (bakeries, supermarket, pizzeria, restaurants). Ideally located close to the Casino and the Biovès garden where the lemon festival takes place. Also enjoy visiting the market, the old town, the port... In addition, bus stops are accessible nearby and the train station is a 7-minute walk away, serving Monaco in a few minutes but also Italy, Nice...

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
