The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Spend time with loved ones in this family-friendly space. The house offers, with its three bedrooms, ideal space for up to 6 adults and 4 children. Thanks to an extra bed in the gallery on the upper floor, it would be possible to accommodate 2 more people. Just 300 meters from the cottage, the beach of the lake resort Lubmin beckons and offers wonderful relaxation away from mass tourism. Here your children can play and swim in the shallow water.

The apartment is located right next to a nature reserve. The Bodden (Ribnitz-Damgarten) is about 15 minutes away by car and the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes. The Vogelpark Marlow is about 12 km away. There are also opportunities to canoe on the Recknitz. A gas station with a small supermarket is about 4 km away. Rostock is 40 km away and Stralsund about 50 km. Four times a week, the bakery van arrives in the morning around 11 AM.

Parking space for cars and bicycles is available.

The 66 sqm apartment is very suitable for families with children and is located in Putbus, close to the Lauterbach harbor. Putbus is known for its classicist architecture and as the art and cultural capital of the island of Rügen. The nearest beaches are 10 minutes away by bike. The Baltic Sea resorts are about 20 minutes by car. The city of Putbus is subject to a tourist tax.

Our Sunrise Suite features a private balcony with elegant patio furniture. The holiday apartment extends with a generous space of about 50 m² and space for up to two people. It is located next to the cozy bedroom the living area with kitchenette as well as a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and free parking is available on site.

The cabin in the sea magic house is our smallest apartment for one to two people. In the room there is a kitchenette next to the bed, table and closet. It's about 1.3 km to the beach The large garden of the manor house can of course be used. There are grills, a fireplace and a wood-burning stove.
