Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

Bussholdeplass finnes rett nedenfor leiligheten. Der kjører to busslinjer som begge går til Drammen Sentrum. Det finnes flere matbutikker i gåavstand. Marka med turmuligheter, badeplass på sommeren og skiløyper på vinteren er ikke langt unna. Tog til Oslo kjører flere ganger i timen og tar ca 40 min til Oslo Sentralst.

Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Free parking - 2 spaces, 1 space in the carport. Outdoor area, sunny and cosy little garden. A quiet and peaceful place. There's a steep hill up to the house. In winter, it can be slippery. Gravel and nesting materials for seagulls are available.
