The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Take a break in lovely Tisvilde. Fogedgården is a 3 long farm, where the apartment is located in one for a long time. There's a lot of life, 45 horses, and two dogs on the farm. And there is a short distance to fantastic Tisvilde Hegn, cozy and lively Tisvildeleje with restaurants and cafes as well as one of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
