Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

This is our 2nd stay in this exceptional location! Thanks to Tony for his excellent communication and responsiveness. An ideal place to visit beautiful places (St Malo, Cancale, La Pointe du Grouin,...).

We had a wonderfully carefree stay. We were 10 nights with 2 adults, 3 children (11 to 14 years) and our dog. Our children don't like to sleep together in the same bed so we had brought 1 sleeping mat, but we were prepared for that, we knew that in advance. Had a nice stay in and cottage where almost everything you use at home is present. had nice contact with Manon via the app a few times via the app, but not talking or seeing them themselves, was also not necessary. extra was the smart TV not mentioned in the listing to relax in the evening, we could log in to our own Netflix account and other services ourselves. From here several day trips to the landing beaches but also to the south a number of beautiful walks done. Always about 30 to 45 by car to get there.

We had a great time at Annick's place, the location is ideal for visiting Saint Malo or Mont Saint Michel, there are also hiking trails and beautiful beaches nearby. Thanks to Annick for hosting us.

Comfortable and very quiet accommodation. Coraline and Fred are very available and very responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional.

Very well-located accommodation. It feels like you're in the countryside while in town. Host is responsive and has responded to any questions we may have.

We rented Tiphaine's house for 1 week. We really felt at home. A family of 5 with 3 children, the children also enjoyed it because there is enough to occupy them even in rainy weather. The house is equipped with bcp of games and a games room and enough to take care of reading, almost a library. The location is great, easy access to go to Saint Suliac, Saint Malo, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard... not to mention Tiphaine's welcome, beds made on arrival and its sweetness that adds a real touch of sympathy. Thanks and we'll be back

gilbert and Evelyne's welcome is just perfect. attentive they took the time to welcome us and thus facilitate our stay. the house is superb and the equipment is at the top we were able to enjoy lots of activities even in the house. if the opportunity arises we will go back!

We had a very nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is right on downtown and all the attractions in Dinan are within walking distance. Also, this is a good home base around the area (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) You can easily find parking directly on the street. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped and literally has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Julie is a super host. Although she is not directly on site, she is always easily accessible and quick to respond. We had a problem with the water tank in toilets on the first day. Julie immediately organized a handyman and fixed the issue. Thank you Julie, we will be happy to come back!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's place who welcomed us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, impeccably clean and very well-equipped ( nothing is missing). It is also decorated with great taste and attention, which gives it a warm atmosphere, which we greatly appreciated. The comfortable exteriors of the apartment offer a remarkable view of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other. The residence, very secure, is in absolute calm, in a green environment with walking access to the beach! In addition , the hospitality of our hosts was friendly and very easy to contact. We would highly recommend it and will return for our next stay in Dinard.

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.

We were welcomed by Samuel and Katia with a smile. Very well arranged and tastefully decorated accommodation! It is close to the center and the port for a visit. Private parking is a real plus. Only small downside for those who sleep in the living room, it can be a little noisy with the road.
