The cottage is modernly furnished and is equipped with luxury box spring beds, rain shower and excellent WiFi The surrounding area is great for cycling, hiking or boating. We have canoes and bicycles for rent. The cottage is located on a small-scale recreational site with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Guesthouse in the countryside

Relax and unwind in our oasis in the greenery! Rural and freely located on a small pond with private terrace and sheltered deck. Choose to go offline and enjoy our garden, the area (lovely to discover by bike or car), nice villages and restaurants in the area. Located just below Drachten, you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes by bike. Or cycle in 15 minutes, for example, to the beautiful Beetsterzwaag and visit one of the galleries, gardens or the forests.

Guesthouse De Wetterwille

Guesthouse De Wetterwille was originally a garage with an upper floor, but has now been converted into a guesthouse with all the amenities of a modern studio. The bathroom has a spacious shower cabin, bathroom furniture and toilet. The small but cozy living room is furnished with a complete kitchen with stove, fridge and oven, a small dining area and two armchairs. On the upper floor with loft is a double box spring. You have a private entrance and a simple patio.

Apartment It Roefke

It Roefke has recently been completely renovated and is located in Alde Feanen National Park. Enjoy peace, comfort and nature in our cozy furnished apartment, located in the middle of De Alde Feanen National Park. From the apartment, you have direct access to the nature reserve: step outside and walk into the beautiful Frisian nature. The apartment is located opposite the skûtsjemuseum and within walking distance of the cozy village of Earnewâld.

Pipo wagon Friesland

In our yard is this beautiful newly built gypsy wagon! This pipo wagon has a new kitchen, a bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Frisian forests are ideal for beautiful bike rides and walks. In addition, Drachten, Leeuwarden and Groningen are in the vicinity. The pipo wagon has a view over the countryside. There are several hiking trails and cycling routes that pass the plot, such as the Friese Wouden path and routes 51, 21 and 34.

Kortehemmen Chalet

This modern and stylishly furnished accommodation in rural Kortehemmen offers peace and comfort. Ideal for those who want to relax or explore nature. The house features a private entrance, a private terrace and a piece of garden overlooking the Frisian landscape. The area is very suitable for walking, cycling and boating. Next to our small natural campsite (only open during the summer holidays) is a beautiful holiday home surrounded by nature. Jurjen has made the cottage all by himself and made sure that you can completely relax. The kitchen is a real “Oldtimer” but also with oven. The wood-fired Hottub can be rented separately for €90,- for a weekend and €120,- for a midweek/week.

At the edge of the village of Bakkeveen, on a former farmyard, is our Romneyloods, which is furnished as a spacious guesthouse with lots of privacy. The detached accommodation is furnished with all sorts of comforts and overlooks the Frisian countryside.
