The apartment is very close to the Tucson Amtrak and downtown Flixbus locations. This is one apartment in a duplex with a private side yard for your use. Dunbar is known for rain gardens, native plants, wildlife, and public art. You should expect some noise from railroad crossings on the south side of the neighborhood and possibly music from downtown.
