Holiday rentals with a sauna in Downtown Seattle

The apartment was in a good location for us as we were visiting family nearby. It’s a very comfortable place, and extremely well stocked. Elvir and Matt were both very responsive and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and no question we will stay there again. Thank you!

Great spot downtown, very walkable, with lots of restaurants, clubs, and cafés within walking distance, as well as the harbour and Pike Place Public Market. The views from the apartment are very, very nice. This was our first time to Seattle and definitely want to come back.

Location. Location. Location. Right on the transit line, this place in Belltown is a great location for exploring downtown Seattle. It’s an easy walk to Pikes Market, the Wharf and Westlake. I like to start the day at Macrina Bakery which is on the same block. The space is clean, comfortable and clutter free. Very peaceful.

this place was amazing! super easy to find and right down from the light rail. pikes place is just steps away which was amazing to be able to explore the first day we got there. all other sites where walkable with a 20ish minute walk. space was beautiful and exactly what it was pictured. inside was clean and private. there was road noise but to be expected in the city and there were ear plugs offered. honestly I didn't mind it and slept like a rock. didn't hear other tenants while in building. also the front desk guys were great when I forgot my key for and also great help with directions. Will for sure book with Olga when visiting again!

The hosts were really helpful and responsive. The unit was beautiful and clean, perfectly located for wandering around downtown. The two king beds were insanely comfortable and it was obvious that the hosts really care. Will definitely be staying here again!

If you ever need to stay in downtown Seattle you’d be hard pressed to find a better apartment than Vince’s. The views out the floor to ceiling windows over Puget Sound to snow capped mountains was always breathtaking. The convenience to everything was amazing. Pike Place Markets are right next door. So many great places to eat and the convenience of a Target in the same building was great. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms which we loved and the views from the balcony were incredible. Even when it was cold outside Vince’s is always warm and inviting. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was very prompt and courteous. I would happily stay again when I’m next in Seattle. Jenette was an amazing host. I accidentally booked the wrong days at a different property of hers and she was super proactive about working with us to find a space we could use if she had it available. Her communication was responsive and really helpful. The place we managed to get into in the right dates was delightful and close to a lot of new sites and dining opportunities.

We have been to Seattle a few times already and David's place is by far the best we've stayed at. The aesthetic was very appealing, a modern take on the Jazz Age. The place has a very welcoming, home-like vibe. Very spacious for a small family with amazing views of the city and the water. The location is one of the biggest draws as well, being right across Pike's Place is great but also dangerous because you want to spend so much time and money there haha. Not to mention, the Target underneath is a huge convenience. I highly recommend David's place.

You cannot beat the location! A short walk to Pike place. The host is very responsive! I wished the shower water pressure was higher but that is out of control because it is on the 16th floor. The water was very hot and nice! We were there with our two children (12 and 6), and they also enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you!

Throughly enjoyed our few night stay in Seattle. It was in walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. We definitely would stay here again! Thank you Ken for the easy check-in and the responsiveness.

This location is convenient and we really appreciated the parking. The host was communicative and everything was easy and efficient.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend and had the best time! The place was so clean and spacious. They provided things like shampoo and conditioner, hair products and movies! We felt so at home and enjoyed our stay.

Everything was AMAZING! House was fully stocked, super clean, beds were comfy and nice corner view of the water. A greeter was outside waiting when we arrived and helped us get all checked in. Location couldn’t get much better, walking distance to just about everything. Building itself felt very safe for being in downtown. On the note about downtown it is very loud, but that is to be expected. We had such a pleasant time. Gale was very responsive and helpful in every way. We would recommend to everyone!

The unit is extremely clean, convenient directly above Pike Place market, and safe parking space and dedicated security. Elta is always checking if me and my family are good with our stay. We had a lovely time in Seattle, and this is a place we can come back to rest after days of sightseeing.

Yaru’s place was so convenient to so many things. Was wonderful to walk to the Space Needle and the Market and so much more. We traveled with our 5 year old who made a TON of use of the pool. The host and her assistant were very kind to meet us and bear with us getting a little lost on the way from the airport and still talk us through the key system and condo rules. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Seattle.

It was so comforting and beautiful, we all had a really great stay, enjoyed the welcoming candy and slippers along with the heated toilet seat. The hot tub and sauna were pretty easy to work and it was an amazing experience. The whole set up is so cute, overall it was super nice and definitely worth it. :)

We had an amazing stay! No complaints on our end! It was a super peaceful and quiet stay, not too far away from the city and in a great surrounding neighborhood with beautiful views. As someone who leaves near the airport I can say that the noise from the near by planes was not bad at all. We were able to sleep perfectly through the night! For the kitchen they have everything you need as far as dish wear and other kitchen accessories. Coming from a hot State it was nice being able to use the fireplace with the wood they provided! Very good privacy from neighbors and the host as well. That was nice. Check in and check out was super easy and direct. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! :)

Hands down, this was the most gorgeous AirBnB we have ever stayed in! This home was nothing short of luxurious and we loved every minute of our stay. We especially enjoyed the backyard space…the beautiful patio with fire table, the fact that it was fenced in so our kids could safely explore, and the relaxing sauna. Tanya has truly thought of every detail with this home. There were baby/kid items (crib, highchair, dishes, bibs, games, books) available for our use, the kitchen had every item/appliance you could possibly desire for cooking a meal, and there were so many small details that just took this to the next level…complimentary hygiene products (including a tooth brush in case you forgot yours), special towels and oils for the sauna, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls, and even a shoe horn and umbrella. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Great host, and a great spot! If you're looking for a place close to the beach with great amenities, you can't get much better than this. Thao was always available to answer any questions and even went above and beyond to accommodate last-minute needs for the stay.

We had a delightful stay and nothing but excellent experiences with our hosts. The apartment easily accommodated four of us visiting Lynnwood area family for the holidays. So many extraordinary food options, nearby, especially Korean food. Very quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated their alertness to my allergies to pet hair; the immediate guest before us had brought a pet, but I did not have a single problem.

Marcelo's home was wonderful! It was close to so many walking and hiking paths that let us really take in what Washington has to offer. Plenty of stuff to do near downtown Kirkland, especially during the holiday, and only 20ish minutes away from Seattle proper and all it has to offer. Our kiddo enjoyed the large backyard and I could barely pry my wife away from the indoor sauna!

Beautiful place. Close to everything we wanted to do without having to be in the city. Had everything needed to a comfortable stay. The heated floors in the bathroom was perfect.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip with 10 women, and overall, it was a great experience! The listing mentioned it could accommodate our group, but I didn’t realize until we arrived that there were only four actual bedrooms with one bed each. The other sleeping arrangements included an air mattress and two pull-out cots—not a dealbreaker, but something to note if you're expecting traditional beds for everyone. The space itself was great—clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for our group. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs! It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s worth mentioning if you have anyone in your group who might struggle with that. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe, with no issues during our stay. Everything was within a quick ride-share distance, making it easy to get around. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions we had and proactive about the checkout requirements, which made the process smooth and stress-free.
