Loft holiday rentals in Downtown Seattle

We had lots of fun staying here! It’s in a good area where you can walk or scooter to get food or to go have fun!! Would stay again.

We loved this place. We stayed for a Seahawks game and it was so easy to get to the stadium on foot. There were so many awesome bars and restaurants near, that we now want to stay again so we can just have a good few days in that area. The place was super cool and gave that Seattle vibe we all know and love.

Arden's place was just as advertised. Great location in Capital Hill. Nice walkable neighborhood and safe. Lots of options for food and beverages within a few blocks. Clean as a whistle. Great amenities. Arden was an excellent host. Super communicative. The bed was comfortable. Because it was in a loft, there wasn't much head room, so if you are tall, it could be a bit tricky. Other than that the space is fantastic. I highly recommend Arden's place.

We picked this place due to the location to Lumen Field. It was close, great restaurants nearby, didn’t need to use our car, public transportation is readily available and we felt safe. Kia was a great host and her place was perfect for us. We would stay again.

Great place to stay for our visit to the area. Walked to nearby restaurants and coffee shops in the morning and the area felt safe.

The location and decor in the home are incredible! Exactly like the pictures! We had a group of 6 (including our 11yr old and 17yr old) and it was perfect. Walkable to all the things you’d want to do in Seattle along with great restaurants and coffee spots. The Club below is not an exaggeration however we were well informed to know what to expect and ear plugs were provided so this wasn’t a big concern for us. The club is only open Fri/Sat and closes right at the expected time. The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Lanis was communicative (not overly and as needed) and polite/friendly in our interactions.

This place is spacious and amazing. It was very clean and all the necessities were provided. Be weary of the loud noise from the venue below on the weekends until 2 am. But I was appropriately warned and not in the air bnb during the majority of these hours.

Loretta was a wonderful host, kind, helpful and responsive. Her Loft apartment met my needs exactly as a business traveler...it was clean, comfortable and affordable. The neighborhood felt safe...it was very peaceful and quiet place...I had no trouble sleeping. I will stay at the Loft every time I am in town for work...if it is available!

I cannot recommend this rental enough! From its unbeatable location to its top-tier amenities and wonderful hosts, this place exceeded all expectations. First, the location is absolutely perfect! Being within a casual walk to sites like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market plus, the surrounding neighborhood had me covered with plenty food/shop/bar options. The loft itself is sharp. You can tell they prioritized a modern experience. The kitchen has you covered and is stocked with helpful appliances (Vitamix, Panini press, Keurig, etc.), bonus points for the in-unit washer and dryer—love to come home with clean laundry. I needed to get some work done and the fast Wi-Fi and workspace made it easy to stay connected. Lastly, the hosts were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and committed to ensuring every detail of our stay was flawless. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home. This rental is a gem and will come back next time I want to feel like a local again.
