Very cozy and warm place to stay, good location and above all, Dan & Alison are very friendly people! They make you feel comfortable.

Very quiet and had every thing, my husband and I did not need to buy anything. The apartment was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to extend our stay for 2 more nights, Marie and Jeromeo responded right away. We were able to do some laundry there too. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The bed was also very comfortable.

Great loft—literally walking distance to everything downtown St. Paul has to offer. It’s even better in person, with gorgeous wood floors, exposed brick, and stunning wood beams that give the space so much character. The open floor plan made it feel warm and inviting, like a true home away from home. The kitchen was a highlight, with a spacious island perfect for meal prep and plenty of cabinet space. The building itself was quiet and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—close to restaurants, bars, and with easy highway access. Yvonne, the host, was fantastic—responding to all my needs and checking in on a regular basis to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend.

Holly’s place is super accessible to all you want to do in downtown/lower town St Paul. It wasn’t where it showed on the first map, but was still close enough to my daughter’s place to make it perfect. Just big enough for 2 and comfortable. The kitchen has lots of things in it, although we did not cook anything, because of all the great restaurants to eat at. I did try the chocolate shop in the building for coffee/tea and dessert to take to the room!! It is a locked building in the evening, open in the daytime but always requires the key fob they give you for the elevator. Also got a parking pass but didn’t need that. Also it is part of the inside walkway system that takes you from building to building all through town, great for rain or cold!!!
