Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Saint Paul

I stayed for two months. It was nice to have everything I needed for cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Garage parking is clutch in the winter. I interacted with the co-host, Jerome, several times and he's really cool and will help you with anything you need. The house has separate Airbnbs on four levels of the house, but I rarely ran into anyone which I appreciated. The few times I interacted with other guests was a breeze, typically nice Minnesotan folks in the area for a hockey game or event at Xcel Center. I loved the neighborhood. It was nice to be able to walk to a coffee shop or go check out the Mississippi River, or walk around downtown Saint Paul. This is a nice, old school Airbnb. If you're persnickety or don't like stairs, it might not be a good fit. I enjoyed.

Cozy St Paul getaway that was a quick walk to some great locations, and a short drive to some delicious restaurants and local attractions! Michael-Jon sent personalized recommendations before our visit and continued to check on us during our brief stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Both he and Christopher made our visit a comfortable and welcoming stay and Ray-Ray, the feline host, was a treat as well.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Such great restaurants walkable to this stay (<1 mi, lots of hills). Not too much in terms of public transportation so you’ll likely be ubering/driving if you want to explore downtown St Paul/Minneapolis. The area is safe and peaceful. The bed and couch were comfy and we really appreciated the snacks, wine, and local recommendations! Highly recommend Hope Breakfast Bar and the ramen place nearby. The suite is stocked with a bottle opener, cutlery, soaps, etc. which gave us peace of mind to pack lighter. My only suggestion would be comfier chairs at the breakfast table. Otherwise, no notes!

Great place to stay for walkability and easy access to highways for longer trips.
