Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Colorado Springs

Tina was a fantastic host. Always very responsive and friendly. The cottage was very clean and matched the photos and description. Checking in and out was very easy. Very well located. Walking distance to Colorado College and many downtown restaurants in Colorado Springs. The cottage is perfect for two people. I would definitely stay there again!

We visited from Indiana which was a 15 hour drive. The host was very flexible and helpful with a smooth check in before and after our long drive. Always responsive and super friendly. The place itself was exactly as expected with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very local which made going to places easy and within walking distance which was great. One thing we didn’t expect but loved was the adjustable bed. Overall would 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting for vacation. It is about a 2 minute drive to the Red rock canyon.

I had a lovely stay at Frank & Ingrid's place they always made sure to update me of any circumstances involving me and the unit as well as very quick to respond to any questions I had. The place itself is cozy perfect for just me. There were a lot of cool things to do downtown was just a few blocks away, very walkable. They were so kind and friendly, I felt very welcomed. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
