My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown--within walking distance. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy kitchen, fully stocked for preparing food. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. You'll love the access to an urban trail (Monument Valley), comfy queen bed, & coffee. A coffee shop and breakfast place are within walking distance.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

Quiet, clean,secure location with off street parking. This residential area is great for walking and the front porch swing was great. The attic conversion has a/c and a ceiling fan to keep it cool for sleeping and easy to regulate the temperature. Communication was great, bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean. No privacy concerns at all with the open attic space, no one else is on the floors when the guest is present and I didn’t miss having the door with the way the room is set up. Even as a solo traveler, I felt safe. Highly recommend this listing.

Patricia was the sweetest host; she was responsive, friendly, and had recommendations for places to visit! The house we stayed in was gorgeous and the view outside the front door was amazing as well! Our check-in was flexible and easy, taking a lot of stress off our shoulders as travelers! Overall, our experience was as perfect as we could’ve wished for!

The cottage was very clean and super comfortable to stay in. We loved the decor, and the cozy bedroom loft was fun to spend the night in. Christina was very kind and responsive to any questions we had. We also very much enjoyed having breakfast on the private patio. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Colorado Springs!

We found it to be a little unclear that this unit was separate from the rest of the house. We booked this unit as well so that we’d have the whole house, which was our first impression of the listing. Other than that, this is a fantastic home and we really enjoyed our stay!
