Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Colorado Springs

We stayed at the purple cottage for a girls' weekend and our favorite parts were the outdoor space, which featured many places to relax and enjoy the view, and the location, which just seemed to be ten minutes or less from everywhere we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was clean, spacious and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and Rachel was a friendly, responsive host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brittany’s house! Prospect Lake is directly across from the house, which is part of a public park, and it has a paved walkway around it. It was beautiful! We greatly enjoyed seeing it and walking around it for exercise and leisure. The house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and she provides a lot of things like coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. We have never had anyone be that generous in a rental before. It sure made things easy! She also communicated with us before and during. Checking in and out was simple! I would love to stay there again! Thanks again for everything, Brittany! :-)

The trains mentioned didn't bother us at all. I think this is possibly one of the best values for the area! SUPER Bang for the buck!

This cottage was so cute! It was in the perfect location from everything in Colorado Springs. Neighborhood was super cozy and safe. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature was perfect. A great place to lay your head or stay in and watch a movie. We had our dog with us and he loved the backyard very much

Andy’s guest house was beautifully designed and appointed home. He was able to accommodate our family right away for a same night booking—as in 1 hour from book to arrival! We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Gabby’s place is wonderful wether your traveling with a pet or not. The flowers in the front yard a beautiful and the backyard has plenty of room for activities. It’s close to just about everything which is so convenient. I would recommend staying here to anyone

Our stay at Josh & Wendy's place was amazing! The views from the front yard make it all the more special. The Airbnb had all listed amenities and was exactly as described. The hosts were communicative and were prompt in their responses to all our queries. thanks for having us over!

Loved the house and the back yard! The fence is about 3 ft tall on one side so be aware of that if you are booking with dogs. It worked out great for us just keeping our jumper on a long leash when she was in the back yard. Parking was easy, getting in was chill, the coffee set up was perfect. 10/10 would stay again

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Julia was a great host, quick to respond, and very accommodating to our needs as guests. We appreciated all of the detail and information provided prior to check-in as well.

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

The host, Erin, provided detailed checkin/checkout instructions and responded quickly to messages. Also, the location was easy to find and close to restaurants, the lake, and park. The home itself was cozy and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay!

The place is lovely, the kitchen is very well stocked, beds are very comfy, we loved hanging out in the balcony, the pool is huge, the hotel is in a very good location near lots of food, walmart etc. Definitely recommend!

We couldn't have picked a better place for our trip to Colorado Springs; Bethany's place was literally minutes from all the best sights in the area. The apartment had everything we could possibly need (plus an excellent hot tub)! Bethany was so helpful and responsive to all our messages. 10/10, perfect stay!

Huge kitchen, lots of space. Well worth the money!

This was our second time staying in this cute cottage. The neighborhood is quaint and close to greenway trails and Colorado College. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed sitting in the porch.

Just a superb location at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain. Secluded yet very close to Broadmoor and all it offers. We would definitely return when the time comes

The unit does have "low" ceilings but it wasn't an issue for us. I'm the tallest at 5'6.5". Just need to make sure you are aware of the step ups/step down areas into the bathroom and kitchen. The unit had more options/cooking & eating tools in the kitchen than many places I've stayed. The appliances are full sized. We didn't cook as we were there 2 nights but used the dishes and microwave for reheating leftovers. My small dog enjoyed the dog pillow more than his own bed. Haha! Other people mentioned the dark bedroom. For me, that was a bonus as I want to fall asleep fast and the lack of outside noise, the better for me. The bed was comfortable and the extra outlets for charging devices on both sides of the bed was handy. The area is close to Colorado College which is a beautiful campus where and my dog and I enjoyed many morning walks. The space is also close to many restaurants and retail stores. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I had a great stay! The place is very clean and relaxing, with a peaceful atmosphere. Everything around the area is convenient, and the location is perfect. Host Mattie was so helpful and friendly — made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, the backyard has a beautiful view of the Pike's Peak. The place was beautiful, very clean and very well furnished. Loved the way the master bedroom was setup. Most useful for us, they had everything we needed for our infant. Right from pack n play, stroller, high chair and equipment for bathing. They even had a few toys for him. The hosts were also very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is also good with restaurants and groceries nearby. Close to Pike's Peak, garden of gods and other local attractions. Overall a great place to stay.
