Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. Our cozy, 1950’s cottage is within steps of UGA’s campus and is perfect for game days, college visits, wedding guests, or a weekend getaway to the Classic City. It’s only a half a mile walk to Sanford Stadium, which makes it the perfect spot for football season. The home is less than a mile from downtown Athens and a mile from Five Points. Complete with stone paths and terraced landscaping, the large backyard is shaded by a canopy of oak trees.
