A short stroll away from the village shops and pubs and a 10 minute drive from the local ice rink, cinema and polar bear experience. Rock Loft is a newly built and self contained annex. A rural retreat with countryside views, set in the small Staffordshire village of Hanbury. Close to the Derbyshire Dales border, gateway to the fabulous Peak District. Rock Loft has boots-off lobby & utility area with full laundry facilities on the ground floor. Main guest accommodation is on the first floor. A light bright open plan living space with kitchen, dining & lounge areas, two bright bedrooms & spacious shower room.

Doveridge has a lovely country pub within walking distance which serves food. Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the bars, eateries, shops and amenities of Uttoxeter. We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Strawberry Cottage is located in the parish of Clifton on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park and set amidst stunning scenery only a short distance from the lovely market town of Ashbourne with its interesting streets and cobbled alleys. Excellent location for those loving the outdoors guests will find an abundance of activities. This wonderful property has comfy beds, cosy living area with log burner and smart TV with full access to Netflix and wifi connection.

Butterley Bank Farm - Swift Cottage

Swift Cottage is a barn conversion attached to our family home. Converted in 2021 and located on a small holding with horses, dogs and cats. A rural retreat with lovely countryside and amazing views. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. The area offers a wide range of places to visit and things to do.
