Come relax at this peaceful and centrally-located studio. Soak up the sun or enjoy bird watching in our lovely garden, featuring a fire pit and outdoor seating. Located minutes from Emory, CDC and numerous parks like Piedmont Park and Morningside Nature Preserve. It's an ideal location for checking out the local restaurants and breweries. Plus, it's a 2-min walk to the bus stop which will take you to MARTA, so you can explore the whole city!

Free street parking. Beautiful and relaxing Morningside carriage house. Sit on the outdoor deck/like being in a tree house. Walk to parks, shops and restaurants. Great central location. No parties. No smoking/vaping anywhere on property inside or outside. $500 fee if we find evidence of smoking - including, but not limited to smell. No Firearms. Quiet outside hours - 11 pm - 7 am. Ring security camera outside. Prefer 25 and older.

The backyard is a shared space with the host. Ideal for nature lovers. You get the best of both worlds, city and country in one location.  Close to the Airport and Downtown Atlanta. You will have easy access to all major highways I-75, I-85, I-20 and 285.
