The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Outdoor area with terrace and large lawn can also be used. The train station is a 5-minute walk away, so the surrounding cities such as Oldenburg can be easily reached.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room with a single bed, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the 3 furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. Distance to Bremen: about 30 km Distance to Oldenburg: about 20 km
