Wow! I booked for a week but added a second week. That says it all. Ramesh is an amazing host: very friendly, speaks good English, non-intrusive but always ready to help with anything you need. The home-made food is delicious. The kitchen has everything you need so you can also make your own food. On clear days, the views of the snowcapped Himalaya are mind-boggling. It's a walk to get there but once you do, you do not want to leave. It's a little outside Almora which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely come back.

Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. So peaceful and secluded in the forest. Rohit who was the main point of contact and the other 2 gentlemen who worked with him were incredible. There are not enough words to describe the experience I had here, truly so special. I really felt at home and didn’t feel like leaving. Rohit also runs a cafe in town, that is where we met for check in before I was shown to the home. It is a very beautiful home and very clean place. Do note, it is down the mountain a bit of a walk but absolutely worth it for the serene peaceful surroundings and views. They help you with your bags down and up when you arrive/leave. They also greeted me with chai each morning which was so wonderful. I will always cherish my stay here and the people in this beautiful place, I am hoping to return soon.
