Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

More than a place to spend the night. Here it has been possible to combine living and feeling of space in a charismatic old building. The result is characterized by quality of life. We love inviting our guests to discover. So we have set no limits to our creativity and partly redesigned our furniture ourselves or built it ourselves. For us, living means not only using a room to spend the night, but also enjoying life in the room I occupy for myself.

On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free
