This stunning hi tech newly refurbished Victorian apartment has high ceilings, large windows and french doors that lead to an impressive rooftop terrace and hot tub that are exclusive to the apartment. A cyclists dream, with a 5 minute ride to the Castleman trailway, you'll be well on your way to ride the old railway track to Moors Valley, Upton country park and more. You are approx a 25 minute drive to Bournemouth beach, approx 30 minutes to Sandbanks beach, well worth a visit to see millionaires row. The new forest is 15 minutes away. Paultons park if you have little ones, is approx 40 minutes away and is a real favourite with the children. Woodpecker Cottage is a centrally located cottage.

Within walking distance to all village amenities and easy reach of the city of Bath, many places of interest, the M4 and main rail and bus links.

The Castleman Cabin

The lodge Is situated within the grounds of our home, and is completely self contained, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, en suite shower and living area. The living area comfortably seats 4 and one of the sofas can be made into a small double bed if required. There is a fully functioning log burner and a large OLED TV with Dolby Atmos. The bedroom offers a superking sized bed, dressing table, and wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room, with a luxury shower and heated mirror.

West Farleigh Dutch Barn

This property provides superb accommodation for friends or families to come together. This property has large windows and french doors to the outside with outstanding views throughout. Within the property there are plenty of areas to relax including a cinema/pool table room, separate kitchen/diner/lounge and four en-suite bedrooms. Outside there is a large enclosed garden a generously proportioned patio with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, fire pit and your own covered private hot tub.

The Piggery near Bruton

This special conversion of what was once a piggery on a small holding farm is the perfect spot for a peaceful rest. Enjoy the beautiful local walks and very close proximity to Bruton, Batcombe and Pilton, home of the world famous Glastonbury Festival. Situated at the back of our main property, The Piggery has its own gated entrance and sunny courtyard. We are located in a small, quiet Hamlet at the foot of Maesdown Hill where there is an Iron Age Fort and stunning views.

Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
