10 of us (7 adults and 3 children) stayed at Maria’s beautiful house for a wonderful family get-together over a bank holiday weekend. The house is spacious, homely and has lots of character. The outdoor space was great, the children especially loved the outdoor games provided in the garden box. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We cooked indoors all three nights and had everything we needed. Thank you, Maria!

This was our second stay at this apartment ~ it’s a lovely clean, fresh & welcoming place ~ we opted for the parking permit and we were able to park right outside. The apartment is within walking distance into Bath City centre, there are also a couple of lovely places to eat within a short walking distance from the apartment, We would highly recommend the Marlborough Tavern & The Chequers. Karina is a brilliant host very helpful & friendly, we will definitely stay again. 😊

We had a really lovely stay and Sara was always available to answer questions and help out when needed. We really feel like Sara went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. It was a beautiful holiday home and we enjoyed the peaceful area and the hot tub. There were extra touches that Sara added to make us feel welcome. This included providing a hamper for us on arrival. Emma was a fantastic host, with clear and timely communication. Her flat was ideal for our family weekend away. We loved Portland and the surrounding area. A stunning part of the country. Thank you Emma!

From the moment we arrived we were well looked after. There were thoughtful touches, milk and cereal, coffee for the cafetière, fresh roses from the garden which smelt gorgeous. The annex is the perfect size for two guests, really beautifully appointed and an off road parking space. We didn’t cook whilst we were there but the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to make your meals if you wanted. Nigel recommended several places locally to eat which was particularly useful for us arriving on a Monday, as he could tell us which pub was open on a Monday evening! Lots to do in the area, we visited Salisbury Cathedral, Caen Hill Locks, Castle Combe and Box. Westbury white horse (plus others), also the Atwell Wilson Motor Museum in Calne. Drive on the B roads and enjoy the pretty villages.

We had an absolute amazing time staying here, and it is perfectly located to explore the area. Our stay was great thanks to the brilliant property, the bed was comfy, and has everything you need, and all at a high standard

This was the perfect place for a family celebration. We felt totally spoilt with all the wonderful amenities in this luxury property. The pool was very popular (especially the kids) and the bbq lodge was so much fun. The owners were very helpful, everything was beautifully done and there was everything we needed. We had the best time and would absolutely love to come again. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a real treat. Thank you so much.

This is our second stay at Annie's place. It is a fantastic location, easy quick access to the beach but a bit steep on the way back. Annie has everything you could need, from shampo to buckets and spades and the very nice complementary basket was very much appreciated.

We had a fantastic long weekend at horseshoe lodge. Although we were only there for a few nights, Daniel, Laura and Molly were amazing hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They made us feel so welcome in allowing us to explore the farm and visit the animals including inviting our daughters to join in the feeding and collecting of the eggs. They even left some toys in the lodge and put up a little playset outside which was so thoughtful. The lodge itself was spotlessly clean, modern and much bigger than we anticipated. The views are stunning and the lodge is very private and peaceful. We loved waking up to the animals on our doorstep and watching the alpacas from the hot tub. A perfect stay for families with young children or anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the countryside. We hope to return in the future.

Very homely place, had everything required and Adrian even left some lovely breakfast items for us. Very spacious and private, with a lovely pub only 10 mins walk away. Hot tub was nice and it was great hearing all the birds and animals in the quiet countryside. Would recommend for anyone visiting Somerset or in need of a break!

Beautiful flat, very clean and perfect for a weekend getaway. Great location for exploring the New Forest with lots of things nearby to see and do.

For me was everything okay, nice little apartment with everything I needed. Wifi not so good, but otherwise nice and cosy. I was on a fishing trip and the river was close to the cottage so easy to get to. Private parking in front of the house was an added bonus. The bus service is not good so I would'nt visit without private transport. Shiela and John are very nice and helpful. I would recomend staying at the cottage.

We had a lovely long weekend staying at Sam's place. The accommodation was very clean and just as described. Sam was very responsive with all communication. We made good use of the site facilities as well as visiting the beach and Moors Valley Country Park. Some great days out within a short distance. Thanks so much for having us!

It was a privilege to stay in this beautiful family home. The location was sublime, peaceful and idyllic. The quirky access was amusing and great to be so close to the Ferry Boat Inn. The house had everything you could wish for and more!
