Our wooden double house is located on a former farm, between fields, forest and a meadows. The altitude is very quiet, with beautiful views, good air, and lots of sun. The house is cozy with a wood-burning stove and solid wooden furniture. There is an open barbecue fireplace and sun loungers on the south-facing terrace. From here you have your children in the view on the large playground. Hiking trails in the Spessart, Mainradweg and many castles, vineyards and half-timbered towns await your visit.

It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The creative upcycling idea benefits not only our environment, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, a lighted parking right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

(No uphill climb) Located directly on the Main bike path, it is ideal for cycling tours along the Main. With about 50 square meters of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for max. 3 people, ideal for commuters, business customers and vacationers.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.
