The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. A completely renovated house 100 meters from Lake Bolmen with a large patio with sun all day and views of the amazing Lake Bolmen. Pier and swimming area are of course on the property, as well as the possibility to rent a boat from the host. Bolmen is a lake known for its fine water, good fishing and its many islands. At Sunnaryds Gård we breed Gotland sheep and on the land there is a high population of fallow deer. 700 meters from the accommodation there is a padel court, boules courts, football pitch, outdoor gym and multi-sports arena.

Welcome to our newly renovated manor house in scenic surroundings! Built in the early 1800s, this property is located on an active farm with dairy cows. The house, over 000 square feet, is surrounded by a large garden with berry bushes of different varieties and 330-year-old linden trees. We hosts live in a nearby house. Feel free to try the hiking trail that passes just behind the house, down to the Draven nature reserve with a bird lake, or take a trip to the nearest swimming area!
