La struttura si trova nel cuore della campagna castagnetana, vicino a Donoratico (dove è possibile trovare negozi e supermercati), a circa 3km dalla località balneare di Marina di Castagneto (spiagge, parco divertimenti e ristoranti) e a circa 10km si trova Bolgheri, percorrendo la strada del vino si possono ammirare i vigneti delle famose cantine.

L’appartamento è composto da una cucina-soggiorno con terrazzo abitabile vista mare. La zona notte comprende un bagno, due camere da letto, entrambe dotate di un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto matrimoniale. Our apartment is perfectly equipped to enjoy a peaceful holiday and / or work in smartworking, in fact it is equipped with many comforts and has an excellent wifi connection, which allows you to work as in the office. To relax you can access a balcony from which to admire the sea, which is a few kilometers away; we really appreciate it sitting at sunset with a piece of focaccia and wine or a beer !
