Ganz tolle und liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit sehr netten Mitarbeiter:innen. Der Garten ist einfach ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, ein Mietauto sollte man unbedingt haben.. keine Möglichkeit für Mittagessen vor Ort und die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Auszeit an diesem tollen Ort sehr genossen. Klimaanlage top 😊

My wife and I found the apartment to be well-equipped and very clean. It has two balconies—one facing east and the other west—allowing us to enjoy the sun at both ends of the day. Perd'e Sali, located just outside of Pula, doesn't have many facilities or much of a beach, but the warm, turquoise sea is delightful and comes up very close to the property. In the area, there is only one café, one restaurant, and a pharmacy by the harbour, which is a pleasant ten minute walk from the apartment. Anna provides a couple of bicycles for her guests, but having a car is essential if you want to go further afield. Pula has many good Italian restaurants and a great supermarket, Jolly's. Additionally, there are some beautiful beaches and coastlines south of Chia, which is about a 30-minute drive from Perd'e Sali. We recommend this property, and Anna was a lovely host.

Wir hatten eine großartige, entspannte Zeit in Cinzia‘s wundervoll hergerichteter Unterkunft. Sowohl die Bilder als auch die Beschreibung lassen einige großartige Details aus bzw. werden der Unterkunft nicht gerecht. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, mit Liebe eingerichtet (eine schöne Mischung aus alt und modern), ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (sehr performantes WLAN, aktuelle TVs, die problemlos zum Streamen angesteuert werden können, Bluetooth-Boxen, moderne Klimaanlage, alle nötigen Küchengeräte und -Maschinen). An allen Fenstern befinden sich sowohl Fliegengitter als auch sehr dicht einstellbare Fensterläden. Highlight ist die oft erwähnte und gezeigte Dachterrasse, von der aus man stundenlang auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel schauen kann. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Ort und könnte auch dauerhaft bewohnt sein - wir würden einziehen. Der Kontakt mit Cinzia war zu jeder Zeit aktiv möglich und sie war uns eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

Enrico e sua madre son due patroni di casa molto cordiali e ospitali. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito, e indipendentemente, in un'area molto tranquilla. Se avessi bisogno di ritornare sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo di soggiornare da loro. Suggerisco molto questo Airbnb. Di solito non faccio mai recensioni ma con loro mi son sentito davvero a casa.

Wir haben uns gleich die zuhause gefühlt in dieser wunderschönen, stylischen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche bietet alles was man braucht und auf der großzügigen Terrasse konnten wir die Sonne genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück, welches liebevoll zubereitet und reichhaltig ist. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in den Bergen und der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, Luca für die angenehme Zeit! :-)

Sehr nette Unterkunft, von der aus das Meer in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Lage im Feriendorf ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön, inmitten von Pinien, aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, was jedoch bereits bei Buchung bekannt war (Parkmöglichkeiten zur Genüge vorhanden). Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns nicht groß gestört (Aufenthalt Anfang Juni) Würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

kleine aber sehr schöne Wohnung am Hang in einem sehr schönen Ferienresort, alles war exakt wie auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach über Airbnb Messenger, Lucia hat mich um 22:30 Uhr für den Check-In empfangen und zur Wohnung geführt. Einen Tag vor dem Check-out habe ich eine Verlängerung angefragt via Airbnb welche umgehend mit Freude bestätigt wurde von Lucia. Self-Checkout wäre möglich gewesen, jedoch wollte ich mich persönlich bedanken für die Zeit die ich in ihrer Ferienwohnung verbringen durfte. Die Lage ist super für Leute die es gerne ruhig haben am Abend und in der Nacht, mit dem Auto gelangt man in 10 bis 60 Minuten an alle schönen Strände von Porto Pino bis Cagliari.

Das waren wunderbare Tage in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung im dem schönen Haus des sehr gastfreundlichen Corrado in einem landschaftlich reizvollen Pinienhain !

Una piacevole sorpresa in un posto incantevole. La struttura corrisponde a descrizione e foto. La signora Giovanna e suo marito ci hanno accolti ed assistiti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. La posizione è molto strategica per visitare le più belle spiagge della zona compresa la spiaggia vicina raggiungibile a piedi. Torneremo volentieri

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

We had a fantastic stay at Emilio’s place – the location was perfect, and the bikes provided made it super easy to cycle one way to the town with all the restaurants and the other to the beach and Roman ruins. The apartment was faultless – every detail felt thoughtfully considered. From beach towels and toiletries to a stocked fridge and plenty of coffee pods, everything was there to make us feel at home. We especially loved the outdoor area for breakfast in the mornings. Free and secure parking within a gated part of the property was a real bonus. Emilio was also very flexible with our check-in which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Appartement von Fabio. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit einer kleinen Terrasse, von wo aus man das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang schön beobachten kann. Im Appartement ist alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Auch das Parken ist dank einem Parkplatz unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Strand, sauber mit kristallklarem Wasser, ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das kleine Städtchen Portoscuso ist sehr nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Thank you so much for the perfect place Irene & Giuseppe! It was just awesome, we felt right at home and every detail is exactly as described and in the pictures, even better. You have all you need, super kitchen, super bathroom, balcony, quite room, great bedroom, AC, parking, fridge, coffeemachine which is great, everything super nice! :-) The hosts are so friendly and super nice and we would come back exactly here, because it‘s close to Cagliari (nice city with good coffees and restaurants), close to Costa Rei, close to Costa Sul and you can do everything surrounded by car easily. There is also a super nice beach close to the apartment, if you want a quick dive into nice blue water. Just a perfect place to be and we enjoyed it so much! More than 5 stars :-)

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
