The property is about 65 square meters with two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioners. Outside there is a large veranda, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a tennis court. A short distance away are the beaches of Chia Capo Spartivento and the entire coast of Teulada until you reach the dunes of Is Arenas Biancas.
