Very cozy, this duplex is very well equipped: fitted kitchen, champagne glasses, everything for dinner and breakfast, microwave, Nespresso, sofa, connected TV, LEDs, Wi-Fi, voice assistant speaker, Spotify, separate toilet, shower, dryer, private terrace.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.
