We had a lovely stay at this rental! The accommodation is not only very good and impeccably clean, but it is also in a great location, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Everything has been thought out down to the last detail for our comfort: the bedding is of very good quality, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the little touches (cakes, tea, coffee) really made a difference. Colette and her husband are pleasant hosts and always available to answer our questions and give us valuable tips to take full advantage of the area. Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We had a great time at Émilie's place. The arrival was very simple with smooth and attentive communication beforehand and very clear directions. When we arrived, the accommodation was impeccable and the whole thing matched the listing perfectly (description/photos). The house is charming, tastefully decorated, very well maintained: you feel good there right away, like at home! The location is ideal: about 10 km from La Rochelle, 15/20 minutes from the Île de Ré, and less than 1 hour from La Faute-sur-Mer. A perfect base to discover the region. During our stay, an EDF power cut affected the town. Émilie was very responsive, always available, with very cordial and caring exchanges. Émilie also shared some good local addresses, which was very much appreciated. In short, high-quality accommodation, a remarkable host, and an address to keep preciously and recommend without hesitation!

Thanks to Lionel and Aurélie (the concierge) Ideally located accommodation, 250 metres from the sea (a very nice view of the squares). The centre of Angoulins is a 5-minute walk with small local shops (butcher's/deli, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar/PMU/tobacconist, etc.) as well as a small fruit and vegetable market, seafood, etc. The accommodation was spacious, quiet, very easy to access... the small outdoor courtyard is very nice and not overlooked... Roller shutters, each window has its own shutter, equipped kitchen, washing machine, walk-in shower etc... Very responsive hosts, thank you for this accommodation which made our stay very pleasant... I highly recommend it. We'll get back to you if the accommodation is available.

We had a great family stay at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The centre of the village is accessible on foot (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the best places on the island!

We had a great time at Matthieu and Christophe's. The house is perfect for a family stay (we have babies and it had everything it needed and of super quality🙏) or with friends! the house is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, very clean. The patio is a real asset. Matthieu and Christophe are very nice and attentive 🤩 Anyway, we recommend it ++ Our only small downside is the lack of shops within walking distance but by bike and car it's perfect! And the accommodation is convenient to go to La Rochelle or L 'île de Ré for example and you can find oyster farmers close to home!

Nathalie’s daughter was there to greet us and show us the house. Our group of four enjoyed our stay in this amazing house, which is in a beautiful location overlooking the bay. We had fun exploring the island and riding bikes. We highly recommend this villa!
