Air-conditioned living room on the 1st floor with sleeping area composed of a 160 cm bed + kitchen area + 140 cm sofa bed in the living room area. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed + foosball corner. Private terrace on the ground floor in the courtyard shared with the owners.

The old and very wide walls provide welcome natural air conditioning in summer!
