Welcome to Elegance! This 26 m2 Studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet thanks to 2 double glazings. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Very good stay at your place!

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. The countryside in the city. Only a 10-minute walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available. But beware, the most direct access to the city is only by the stairs to St Paul (see photo).

Located in an old post office transformed into a loft, I want to bring this atypical place to life, located right in front of the great fresco of the Lyonnais and the banks of the Saône. Industrial glass, French ceiling and stone columns are the soul of this accommodation. PLEASE NOTE this apartment is to be shared with a small gray cat called Modjo who needs a little attention 🐱
