Holiday rentals with a patio in Dollard-Des Ormeaux

There were 4 of us visiting and we loved the apartment. It's spacious, well equipped and located perfectly. We took advantage of the outdoor deck and grill and spent evenings cooking and chatting. Stanza staff is always super attentive and answered all my questions quickly and accurately

Apartment was beautiful, clean and amenities were great. WiFi, washer and dryer even a dishwasher. Close to metro stations to get to Montreal- free parking and ask for a metro line map. The visitor center was very helpful with activities to do. IGA grocery store comparable to Whole Foods. Parking spot was easy to fit our Dodge Ram 1500.

Comfortable, clean, and safe space to stay with excellent proximity to Maisonneuve Park (which is incredible). Somewhat limited dining options in the immediate area and no easily accessible metro station (requires a bus ride or a 30+ minute walk).

Xin and co hosts were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly, and the place was wonderful and clean. Had great recommendations and would recommend other travellers about this location.

I loved this small place. It was so clean. so many little touches stood out. For example, I had forgotten my make up remover at home and there were small wet towelettes to use. That was very impressive in itself. When I told Sonia that I was coming in for a funeral and wondered if I could check in an hour early after driving for 6 hours, she readily said I could and then it ended up I could come in a few hours early. I would rent this place again without any hesitation. Thank youso much, Sonia.

Very new condo! Very spacious, comfortable bed, close to groceries stores and gas stations, parking included! great place! Chris responses quickly and helpful!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Nora's place was fantastic! My partner, our dog, and I had a wonderful stay. The space was perfect, featuring a nice fenced-in backyard and a full kitchen. Plus, it's super close to Montreal island. We drove over to Cartier station and took the train in as its faster than driving in.

Wow! Louis-Phillipe and Catherine are extremely responsive, helpful, kind and generous hosts. The suite is a gem with a stream running beside it and very close to great different cycling and hiking trails. Louis-Phillipe and Catherine keep it supplied with everything needed for breakfast and more, including fresh fruit, croissants and bread, which was lovely. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you!

My husband and I booked this place for our 7th year anniversary. Our check in was suppose to be at 4 but we arrived there at 11:30 am and Caroline was gracious to let us leave our bags in the garage while we explore Montreal for the rest of the day till our check in. She's extremely friendly and responsive. She was very diligent in cleaning the pool and enjoyed the pool experience very much looking over the river. Bathroom was clean, shower had very good water pressure and was hot for long time (I took a bath and my husband used the shower and we didn't run out of hot water-amazing!) We were able to use the washer and dryer easily. Linens were clean and fresh with NO lint. House decor was modern and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos, but the space felt actually much bigger. All the appliances that you need. Attention to detail. The host is on site downstairs which made me feel safe but not intrusive at all. Thank you so much Caroline for letting us in your home.

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

A 2nd time for us in this accommodation and we loved it just like the first time. The location is perfect, close to several services. The park and pickle ball courts are a few minutes' walk away, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The space is impeccable!

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Jonathan is a perfect host. Everything is done in his home to make you feel at home and his welcome is great. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant. Ideal for 4. It is very well located, in a quiet environment, close to all types of shops, halfway between Old Montreal and the Plateau Mont Royal and close to the metro. Street parking is free but not allowed everywhere, Jonathan is available to indicate which place to use We were able to leave our luggage a few hours after returning the accommodation to enjoy Montreal before taking the plane Highly recommended!

Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.
